Role Overview:

Oversee issues related to employment, compensation, and employee relations while performing a research, data analysis, and reporting to improve employee productivity and ensure efficient operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of performance reviews and termination processes
  • Assist with the recruitment and interview processes
  • Maintain new hire, employee, and absentee reports
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface or are brought to your attention

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • GCC National
  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Attentive listener
  • Experience of managing a heavy workload and excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
