As Front Office Manager, you should provide supportive functional assistance to all departments interacts with guests, members of the community, and coordinates with all the departments. Reacts to situations to ensure that guests received prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel. Reports to guest needs and resolves related problems. Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards.

Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification preferably in hotel management or related field.
Two to three years of experience in a 5* hotel as Front Office Manager
Good command of English is a must. Ability to speak Arabic is an added advantage.
